Troubleshooting: my video says unplayable
Collab checks that every YouTube entry actually plays: when you submit, when the host approves, if playback fails, and on a regular schedule. A video that stops playing is taken out of public feeds and the host is emailed.
- 1
Healthy: the video plays. Nothing to do.
- 2
Embeds disabled: in YouTube Studio, open the video and turn "Allow embedding" back on.
- 3
Restricted: the video is age-restricted or blocked in some countries. Remove the restriction if you can.
- 4
Dead: the video is private, deleted or still processing. Set it to Public or Unlisted, or wait for processing to finish.
- 5
Unknown: it has not been checked yet. Give it a little time.

Still stuck? If the challenge is open, withdraw the entry in My Entries and enter again with a working link.
