Email marketing basics
Collab sends email from your own Resend account. NewFans does not send marketing email on its own key. Connect Resend in NewFans Pro first, or sends are refused.

Connect your Resend account in NewFans Pro under Settings, Email.

Open the email tools. Compose sends one email. Batch sends personal emails to many people. Broadcasts are campaigns to an audience.

Add people in Contacts and group them in Audiences.

Save reusable emails in Templates.
- 5
Verify your sending domain in Domains so your mail is delivered.
Good to know
- Only email people who agreed to hear from you. Entrants who ticked contact permission on an approved entry are added to your fan list in NewFans Pro.
- Contact capture is on Starter and Creator.
