Claim a prize you won
When a host picks you as a winner you get a notification with a link. How you collect depends on the prize.

Open My Entries. If you won free challenge credits, a "prize to claim" box is at the top. Press Claim and the credits are added to your account.

Dance and verse winners: follow the link in your winner notification to the prize page. If the prize includes a gift code, press the button to reveal it and copy it.

Cover contest winners: open the contest page while signed in. The "You won! Prize status" box shows your prize. Press "Mark prize received" once you have it.

If a cover contest prize does not arrive, a button to report non-delivery appears on that box after a waiting period. An admin reviews the report.
Good to know
- Prizes like cash, merch or studio time are offered and sent by the artist. NewFans does not hold or guarantee them.
- Your entries that won show a Winner badge in My Entries.
